Sports Performance Schedule

X-CEL Sports Performance Center 

The X-CEL Sports Performance Center offers  sport-specific training for football, baseball, basketball and soccer.  This program also offers Adult Boot Camp classes for PAC members, where you will learn to "train like the pros".  Whether you are a seasoned athlete, male or female, or just starting your athletic career, we are confident the X-CEL program can enhance your sports performance!
