Step and Tone
Heart-pumping step aerobics routines combine with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weights workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels designed to promote cardiovascular endurance and lean muscle growth.
Develop muscular endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using our TRX Suspension Trainer. Participants will use the TRX straps and their own body weight to perform different exercises for all muscle groups, controlling the intensity by adjusting their body position and angle.
