After Hours Circuit
After hours circuit starts when you get there, this class is perfect for busy people who need a total body workout. Using resistance and cardio training techniques you will improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout while maximizing time. Circuits can be done in 30 or 45 minutes anytime between 5:00 pm -6:30 pm.
