The PASS program is a progressive strength and conditioning program, beginning with FOUNDATIONS, JV FIT , JV SPORT, and then to PASS Varsity.

Using scientifically-based training principles with proven results, our PASS programs equip participants to reach their full athletic and fitness abilities. The program includes performance testing as well as nutrition and recovery education to improve overall performance and to educate athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices affect their play.

The PASS program mission is to educate, equip, and empower youngsters to student-athletes to excel in their training for now and for life.

Our staff of certified strength and conditioning specialists, with over 25 years of university and professional strength and conditioning experience, prepare athletes for any level of competition.



Our team evaluates your 6th- 8th graders performance, strengths, and weaknesses then customize a sport-specific strength and conditioning program.

Today very few young athletes are taught to move well and as a result, they never reach their potential and make their bodies very susceptible to injury through inefficient movement. Movement is a skill and it is very trainable. High-level athletic skill development is possible for virtually every young athlete through concentrated effort and sound instruction and training.

PASS JV Elite is an exclusive program offering semi-private training for young athletes who have mastered the fundamental movements taught in PASS JV and have the desire to take their training to the next level.

This 12-week program will prepare young athletes for success in the High-School training environment exposing them to advanced weightlifting techniques taught by our Sports Performance Specialists. After a thorough assessment of the athlete, the Sports Performance Specialist will provide the athlete with a structured, progressive, and individualized strength and conditioning program. The athlete will also receive nutritional education and access to the Eat-2-Win phone app that will help guide the athlete’s nutrition choices.

PASS Varsity


PASS VARSITY is our high school strength and conditioning program.  We place great emphasis on sound weight-lifting techniques; building a foundation of strength,  proper movement, balance, agility, and flexibility.

We begin by developing muscular endurance and stability then focus on developing strength and power.  These four components serve as the foundation for developing speed and agility.  Each athlete’s training program is developed to serve the demands of their sport. We have found that this is the fastest and safest way to train growing, developing, athletic bodies and it also aids in preventing sports-related injuries.
