No limits on number of add-ons a member can add.  Eligibility: Add-on must not currently be a member or have been a member within the last 90 days. Add-on must be sponsored by a current primary member in good standing (account not past due). Members or employees can activate 3/12 month add-ons. Non-renewable: 3 month options do not auto-renew. 12 month is auto-renew and requires monthly billing. 3- month add-on option must be paid-in-full and does not auto renew. 12 month add-on auto renews annually. $39 processing fee will apply.
