Summer Time = Fun Time at Genesis Health Clubs – PAC!
Keep your kids active, engaged, and having fun all summer long with our Youth Summer Classes & Programs. Designed for a variety of ages and interests, our programs focus on building confidence, improving coordination, and developing strength—all in a fun, supportive environment.
Program Overview
Our summer lineup includes a mix of fitness, movement, and skill-based classes to keep kids energized and excited:
- Foundations (Ages 6–9)
A fun, low-pressure class focused on teaching basic movement patterns, improving coordination, and building confidence. - Kids Barre (Ages 6–13)
A high-energy, music-driven class where kids learn fun choreography and movement in an engaging, upbeat environment. - Kids Circuit (Ages 6–13)
A dynamic workout featuring stations that build endurance, strength, and agility using activities like relay races, jump rope, and more. - Kids Yoga (Ages 6–13)
A calming yet engaging class that helps children connect mind and body while learning movement, flexibility, and stress management techniques. - Aqua Kids (Ages 6–13)
Pool-based fun with games and water activities. (Children must be able to swim; parents must remain on deck for children under 10.) - Elevate 1 (Ages 10–13)
A structured training program designed to improve strength, weightlifting technique, and sport-specific performance. - Elevate 2 (Ages 14+)
A performance-based program for high school athletes focused on building power, speed, agility, and injury prevention.

- Swim Lessons (All Ages)
From beginner to advanced, our Splash Swim School focuses on water safety, proper technique, and confidence in the water. Options include group sessions, private lessons, and Mommy & Me classes. - Youth Tennis (Ages 5–17)
Programs for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, with opportunities for skill development, match play, and league competition. - Junior Pickleball (Ages 8–13)
Learn-to-play series and fun events designed to introduce kids to one of the fastest-growing sports. - TriKids (Ages 8–13)
A unique program teaching the fundamentals of running, biking, and swimming—perfect for young athletes interested in triathlons. - Summer Swim Team (The Pelicans)
A fun and competitive team environment focused on stroke development, teamwork, and a love for swimming.
