A detailed Athletic Training Program tailored to the individual athlete’s specific sport. The program goes through 4-week cycles that are designed to increase the athlete’s abilities in the areas of Power, Agility, Strength, Speed. The athlete can expect to participate in Weightlifting, Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Linear speed training, and Multi-directional speed training. It is recommended that the Athlete signs up for the 3-month option as this option will expose the athlete to all of the various types of training.
