Summer Kickoff
PoolOnce again, we will hold our annual Summer Kick-Off event at the club on Saturday, May 20th. We will have a blowout to welcome in our favorite time of year.
THREE food trucks (Fryguyz, Liz’s Where Y’at, and Kona Ice), a DJ, Special Guests, and Character Drawers! The party will start at 11 am and end at 2 pm.

Performance CenterWe are honored to be an official host for the 2023 Murph Workout. To celebrate the day when we give our hardest for those fallen heroes. We will be providing drinks and post-workout snacks to those who participate. Make sure you sign the official host flag after the WOD. The flag will hang proudly in our performance center for years to come.
