All group exercise classes are designed for everyone to enjoy, no matter your fitness level. Our instructors will offer modifications to assist you in getting the most out of any class. PAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. We bring professional training and passion for your fitness goals.

This is a group strength training class set to music using plate-loaded barbells. This 60-minute workout will give you the results you are looking for.
Cardio Blast turns basic moves from traditional aerobic dance and step class into a modern heart pumping cardio experience. This 45-minute class focuses on fun, simple easy to follow routines, including intervals with and without the step, toning isolations, plyometrics, and core stability work. Options will be provided for both high and low impact to meet all fitness levels. Come burn calories, boost your metabolism and have a blast.
A full body workout designed for participants wanting to do resistance training in a group fitness setting. Improve muscular strength and definition using various equipment, body weight exercises and non-stop movement. The class can be modified to fit and challenge every fitness level.
The Red Zone
This is a one hour intense and challenging HIIT workout proven to burn calories while using weights, bands, etc. Come and ramp up your metabolism, ignite your energy and reach for “The Red Zone”.
This is a cardio class utilizing the kettlebell for a fun effective full body workout. This 30 or 60-minute class offers resistance training to sculpt and tone your entire body while providing high energy cardio benefits.
Club Studio 1
Come for a high energy cardio class set to music both past and present! You will sweat while you swing dance, feel heart pumping hip hop and strengthen through a salsa. Moves are fun and repetitive.
(Speed,High Intensity, Resistance, Endurance, Dynamics) This class encompasses all aspects of physical fitness and is designed for all fitness levels. You will feel an intense full body workout by alternating intervals with the use of weights and cardio activity including plyometric, kickboxing, and core training.
Sculpt and tone your entire body and burn calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations. This HIIT class will spike your heart rate and scorch fat.
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love it and get hooked!
This workout will define your abs and strengthen your back resulting in a healthier posture. Join us as you challenge your core like never before.
This class will use prevention and recovery techniques such as foam rolling, massage balls, and band stretching to reduce muscle soreness and increase muscle flexibility. This class also focuses on stability and balance work to strengthen muscles and to help prevent injury. Resilience Conditioning is essential for those looking to train smarter, perform better, and recover faster.
Mind Body Studio
Pelican Athletic Club’s Mind Body Studio offers a variety of classes with something for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey for a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your workout to the next level, our instructors will provide the workout your body needs!
All Levels Flow
Energize your body and mind with an active flow incorporating core strength, stretching, and breathing in a dynamic moving sequence and end the class with a guided relaxation. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace as they become internally aware of the body, mind, and breath working together
An all levels class focusing on anatomy and structural strengthening that will link movements to breathe and improve natural functional movement. This class will work to refine the basics of yoga with an emphasis on alignment, stability, and development of core strength.
A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This class focuses on the development of core strength, alignment, balance, postures, and breathing techniques that gradually build flexibility and strength. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body.
Noon at the Bar
This 30-minute class integrates both strength and endurance throughout your workout. You will alternate between exercises that demand intense strength, energy, and deep stretches, allowing your muscles to become longer and leaner utilizing the ballet bar and mat.
Pilates Sculpt is not your typical Pilates class it’s a modern twist to a classic work out. This class incorporates Pilates mat work along with the use of various equipment including weights, stability balls, bands, gliders and more. You will develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.
PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Power / Heated Flow
This class is an invigorating Vinyasa (flow) that will transform your body, mind, and spirit. Holding poses for a longer time will empower you while improving strength and stamina significantly. Find your edge and practice at your own level. In Heated Power Flow the room is heated from 85 to 90 degrees.
A 90 minute class with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention. The class focuses on engaging your core strength to support more advanced postures including inversion and arm balance which assist in detoxing the body and exhilarating the mind. The class is not recommended for beginner students.
Power Yoga intervals that integrate resistance training and core strengthening with challenging Vinyasa (flow).This class will include the use of varied equipment to build muscular strength while enhancing flexibility and balance. A dynamic fusion of sweat and spirit designed to unlock your true power.
Slow Slow Restorative
Class begins with a slow flow to warm the body, open the joints, and deepen the breath. Restorative poses with props are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes. This is great preventative work for athletes who do intense training.
Total Body Barre
This class integrates both STRENGTH and ENDURANCE throughout your workout. You will alternate between exercises that demand intense strength, energy, and deep stretches, allowing your muscles to become longer and leaner utilizing the ballet bar and mat.
Combine fun w/fitness to increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance in our Circuit Studio.
Free Style Circuit
A high energy class alternating strength and cardio to maximize the most efficient workout. Focus on fun, technique, and core and improve your body’s metabolism. Great for Baby Boomers!
You will complete a full body training session alternating from cardio to strength to endurance.
An hour of high-intensity training using rowers weights, and cardio drills in the Performance Center. This class will challenge and push you to your limit. Fun and Fast Paced!
Step and Tone
Heart-pumping step aerobics routines combine with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weights workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels designed to promote cardiovascular endurance and lean muscle growth.
This total body workout combines cardiovascular, strength, and endurance in one exercise session.

Aqua Sports Drills
Celebrate different sports themed drills in the water, including basketball, volleyball, tennis, and cross country. You will have fun and get your heart pumping.
Work cardio & strength with minimal impact on your joints. These in-the-water classes create a challenging and fun atmosphere. Shake-up your routine, hit the water, and enjoy the variety.
Challenge your heart and muscles with an intense workout that is easy on your joints with the use of buoyancy and resistance equipment. A great class to strengthen and tone!
You will complete a full body training session alternating from cardio to strength to endurance in the water. Challenge your strength and cardio with this high-intensity water class.
This class is designed to improve flexibility, the range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back.
Deep Water Running
Runners cross-train in the pool while minimizing injury risk. This challenging program combines tethered sprinting with interval training. Explosive plyometric drills complete this innovative, calorie-burning class. (Express class is a 30-minute version).
When you’re looking for an intense workout to get your heart pumping, indoor cycling surely fits the bill. Whether you’re a purist or like to combine your ride with yoga or strength training, our cycling scene has something for you. So grab your shoes and plenty of water, and get pedaling!
HIIT spin uses alternating intervals of high-intensity speed work and resistance ladders in and out of the saddle. This cardio explosion with its high energy music mix will boost your metabolism and torch calories while you enjoy the ride. HIIT 30 is a 30-minute version of this class.
A high energy 45-minute spin class finishing off with a15 minute floor based mat workout to strengthen and attack your core area.
Burn calories and build endurance in this fundamental classic spin class where all levels are welcome. Get your heart pumping while you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and timed intervals. Each class will guide you through proper form, RPM ranges, resistance levels, and heart rate parameters giving the tools you need to maximize your ride.
This class has all the elements of our classic spin class but also works on toning your upper body. The last 15 minutes incorporates resistance training to sculpt arms, back and chest.
Spin Strength Intervals
This class is a cardio workout combined with resistance training to build strength. You will experience timed intervals alternating on and off the bike incorporating various resistance equipment, body weight, and plyometric exercises. Spin shoes are not recommended for this class.
Spin Inferno 600
This 45-50 Minute challenging fitness ride is for beginners as well as seasoned riders. This ride combines high intensity and steady-state intervals that will maintain the upper end of aerobic zones and push through your anaerobic threshold. A big calorie burn, come enjoy the ride that will drive you towards your fitness goals.
Indoor cycling rides to the rhythm of powerful music. The class is set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

Pelican Athletic Club Specialty Fitness Classes are more extensive and progressive in nature than the Group Exercise Classes and are instructed by certified personal trainers.
Members must sign up for Specialty Fitness Classes through their online account or through the PAC APP. Burn & Build
Pass Varsity: 9th through 12th grade
A detailed Athletic Training Program tailored to the individual athlete’s specific sport. The program goes through 4-week cycles that are designed to increase the athletes abilities in the areas of: Power, Agility, Strength, Speed. The athlete can expect to participate in Weightlifting, Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Linear speed training and Multi-directional speed training. It is recommended that the Athlete signs up for the 3-month option as this option will expose the athlete to all of the various types of training.
PASS JV & KIDS
Pass J.V: 6th– 8th
This program is designed to familiarize and increase the athlete’s abilities in Weightlifting Technique, Linear Speed Technique, Multi-directional Speed Training, and Balance Training. The athlete will also work on their level of fitness through various means of cardio conditioning. If the athlete commits to this program, they will be comfortable and knowledgeable in the weight room by the time they reach High School.
Pass Kids 3rd-5th
This program is designed to familiarize young athletes with athletic movement. No weightlifting here. Balance Training, Functional Movement Technique and Bodyweight Training will be taught through various means. Can expect to learn how to move like an athlete.
Our Senior Program offers something to people of all fitness levels and varied health conditions.
Pelican Athletic Club’s Senior’s Program offers fun and effective senior fitness programs, organized socials, and educational activities tailored toward senior members.
