Specialty Fitness Classes

Pelican Athletic Club’s Specialty Fitness Classes are more extensive and progressive in nature than the Group Exercise Classes and are instructed by certified personal trainers.
Members must sign up for Specialty Fitness Classes through their online account or through the PAC APP. Jr. Fitness Certification
Junior Fitness Certification is available to boys and girls interested in learning how to use Pelican Athletic Club’s fitness equipment properly. Students are instructed on proper form, fitness floor etiquette, and safety with hands-on instruction. Certification includes two (2) 1-hour sessions with one-on-one attention from a Personal Trainer.
