We have a team of experienced, certified, responsible, enthusiastic personal trainers who have expertise in strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, flexibility, post-rehabilitation and other areas in general fitness. Pelican Athletic Club Specialty Fitness Classes are more extensive and progressive in nature than the Group Exercise Classes and are instructed by certified personal trainers.

Jr. Fitness Certification

Junior Fitness Certification is available to boys and girls interested in learning how to use Pelican Athletic Club’s fitness equipment properly. Students are instructed on proper form, fitness floor etiquette, and safety with hands-on instruction. Certification includes two (2) 1-hour sessions with one-on-one attention from a Personal Trainer.
