Marie’s passion for health and fitness began with her personal weight loss journey which inspired her to learn more about strength training and nutrition. After losing 60lbs she became a trainer to help others in lifelong learning by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, guidance, and resources they need to become the best versions of themselves. She creates training environments that motivate and challenge clients at all fitness levels.
