Katie’s passion for all things health & fitness sparked while in college at LSU (geaux tigers!). A few years after graduating she decided to put her love of training to use. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also enjoys teaching group fitness classes (HIIT + FLOW and BURN). She knows firsthand all of the benefits that come from an active and healthy lifestyle, and she is devoted to helping you reach your goals & feel the best you can physically, mentally, and emotionally.
