Group Exercise

Stay motivated with our group classes, led by inspirational & energetic instructors.  Discover the power of choice from Spinning to Yoga to HIIT30 with our complete collection of group exercise classes. Each certified instructor can help you modify the movements for your fitness level. Pelican Athletic Club features one of the area’s strongest and most complete group exercise programs.

These classes are free with membership. 

CIRCUIT STUDIO

Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance in our Circuit Studio.

Classes include Row Power, Free Style Circuit, and many more.

MIND BODY STUDIO

Whether you’re looking for a challenging, athletic experience or a connection with your inner Zen, our Mind Body Classes offer a superior yoga experience. Prepare to be transformed in body and mind.

Classes include Gentle Yoga, Pilates Sculpt, Total Body Barre, and much more.

SPIN STUDIO

Our world-class instructors share their personalities, playlists, and strengths to create workouts that are always challenging and engaging. You bring your shoes, water, and a positive spirit, and we’ll provide a towel and a great class.

Classes include Pedal Party, HIIT Spin, Pure Spin, and many more.

AQUATICS CLASSES

Our Aquatics Classes offer low-impact yet high-intensity combining classic strokes with innovative training tools, making for one-of-a-kind, full-body workouts. Because water is for training, not treading.

Classes include Aqua Fit, Deep Water Running, and many more.

STUDIO ONE

Specialty Fitness Classes

Sign up for a Specialty Fitness Class to take your fitness to the next level.


Pelican Athletic Club’s Specialty Fitness Classes are more extensive and progressive than the Group Exercise Classes and are instructed by certified personal trainers.

Members must sign up for Specialty Fitness Classes through their online account or the PAC APP. If you have not registered for the portal or have not downloaded the PAC APP, click the button below for instructions on how to sign up.  If you have questions, please call or complete the contact us form below, and we will be happy to help!

  • Brass Pelican Crossfit

    Pelican CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for not only athletes but for all fitness levels. Regardless of your fitness level, your personalized trainer will help you meet your goals without feeling overwhelmed or out of the loop.

  • Burn & Build

    Pelican Athletic Club’s metabolic Burn & Build class utilizes bodyweight exercises, free weights, kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls, and other equipment to help the body increase both short and long-term metabolic rates.

  • Endurance Edge

    Endurance Edge is a unique cross-training program combining swimming, running, and cycling. The program is run by some of Louisiana’s most elite athletes and coaches.

  • PAC Pacers

Personal Training

Pelican Athletic Club hires only the best personal trainers. We have a team of experienced, certified, responsible, enthusiastic personal trainers who have expertise in strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, flexibility, post-rehabilitation and other areas in general fitness. Our Personal Trainers are passionate about fitness and love helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Jr. Fitness Certification

Junior Fitness Certification is available to boys and girls interested in properly using Pelican Athletic Club’s fitness equipment. Students are instructed on proper form, fitness floor etiquette, and safety with hands-on instruction. Certification includes two (2) 1-hour sessions with one-on-one attention from a Personal Trainer.

PASS

PASS

Whether your child is trying to get more playing time, prepare for college-level athletics, or get into shape, they deserve the best chance to reach their potential.


The PASS program is progressive strength and conditioning, beginning with FOUNDATIONS, JV SPORT, and PASS Varsity.  In addition to the PASS program, we offer Home School PE, a great way to get your child’s exercise in on a homeschool schedule.
