Sign up for a Specialty Fitness Class to take your fitness to the next level.
Pelican Athletic Club’s specialty fitness classes are more extensive and progressive than group exercise classes, and they are instructed by certified personal trainers.
Members must sign up for Specialty Fitness Classes through their online account or the PAC APP. If you have not registered for the portal or have not downloaded the PAC APP, click the button below for instructions on how to sign up. Brass Pelican Crossfit

Pelican CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for not only athletes but for all fitness levels. Regardless of your fitness level, your personalized trainer will help you meet your goals without feeling overwhelmed or out of the loop.

Pelican Athletic Club’s metabolic Burn & Build class utilizes bodyweight exercises, free weights, kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls, and other equipment to help the body increase both short and long-term metabolic rates.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Pelican Athletic Club hires only the best personal trainers. We have a team of experienced, certified, responsible, enthusiastic personal trainers who have expertise in strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, flexibility, post-rehabilitation and other areas in general fitness. Our Personal Trainers are passionate about fitness and love helping people achieve their fitness goals.

jr fitness
JUNIOR FITNESS CERTIFICATION
Junior Fitness Certification is available to boys and girls interested in properly using Pelican Athletic Club’s fitness equipment. Students are instructed on proper form, fitness floor etiquette, and safety with hands-on instruction. Certification includes two (2) 1-hour sessions with one-on-one attention from a Personal Trainer.
